The HM includes a fitted lap belt, locking caster wheels, and optional chest belt. A calf strap is available as an accessory.

Can the HM grow with the user?

It has some adjustability (height, seat depth, footrests), but for full growth into adult sizing, additional parts like longer footrests or an adult neck rest may need to be purchased separately.

Does the HM come with a commode system?

Yes. Each HM includes a commode bucket with lid and handle, plus a rubber skirt system to prevent splash between cushion and bucket.

What is the weight limit?

The HM supports users up to 90kg.

Is the cushion soft?

The standard PU cushion is reasonably firm, but there are multiple accessory cushions available for different softness levels and aperture sizes.

What warranty does it have?

The frame is covered for life against rust and corrosion. Major parts are covered for two years, and all other parts for 12 months.
