The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Shower Access. Shower Access operates this website and store, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available from this site (collectively, the “Services”).
Our website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide online services. While we make every effort to maintain availability, Shower Access is not responsible for downtime, technical failures, or disruptions caused by Shopify or other third-party services.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), including any additional terms, policies, and notices referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Shower Access dispatches products every working day (Monday to Friday), excluding Australian public holidays. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. All products are sent by standard delivery and should arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes and within a maximum of 10 business days. If we cannot do so, we will contact you within 3 business days of your transaction to advise the expected delivery date.
Please allow additional time for special order items (details available on request).
Shower Access reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make partial deliveries of ordered goods.
If you live in a remote region, there may be an additional delivery charge. We will contact you prior to dispatch if this applies.
If your order is damaged in transit, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 business days of receipt so we can resolve the issue. After this period, the goods will be deemed accepted as complete and satisfactory.
We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late or failed delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods not received.
If a delivery cannot be completed and is returned to Shower Access, the original shipping cost and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Restocking fees apply only to change-of-mind cancellations and do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or misdescribed items.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorised your payment method.
If the item is available for immediate shipment, your order will be processed, charged, and dispatched. Tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you have not received your tracking information within 4 business days, please contact us at info@showeraccess.com.au
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, the pre-authorisation will be voided and your card will not be charged. We will contact you to discuss alternative options.
No order is deemed accepted by Shower Access until we issue written acceptance or commence fulfilment of the order.
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

Ownership of goods remains with Shower Access until full payment has been received as cleared funds. Title passes to you upon delivery.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved providers. Shower Access does not store your full payment details. To help protect against fraudulent transactions, we may verify your payment and address details using secure third-party services. All personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact info@showeraccess.com.au as soon as possible.
Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after placement may incur a restocking fee. If your order has already shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Some products or services may be available exclusively online through our website and may have limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns Policy.
We make every effort to display product images and colours as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction on all monitors or devices.
We reserve the right to:
Limit the sale of our products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction (case by case);
Limit quantities of any product or service offered;
Discontinue any product at any time; and
Modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Shower Access unless otherwise indicated. No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order — including orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.
If we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our website and to promptly update this information as needed.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.
Up to 3 months after receiving your goods, we may contact you to request a review or feedback on our service, in line with our Privacy Policy.
If you wish to submit a complaint or compliment, please contact our Customer Service team at info@showeraccess.com.au.
We will acknowledge and aim to resolve your complaint within 5 business days.
If further investigation is required, we will advise you within 14 business days of the steps being taken and keep you informed throughout the process.
To the extent permitted by law, Shower Access shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of goods actually purchased from us.
