Shower Access Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy

Product Warranty

Shower Access (“we”, “us”, “our”) warrants that all products sold are fit for use under the specifications provided and, to the extent permitted by law, free from defects in workmanship and materials.

All products sold through Shower Access are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We adhere to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer. If you experience a fault covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us and we will assist you in facilitating the warranty process. Please note that the warranty is provided by the manufacturer, and any claims are subject to their conditions, including proof of purchase, usage guidelines, and applicable timeframes.

If your product proves defective during the warranty period, please contact us to arrange:

A full refund, or
A replacement part, or
Repairs

To make a warranty claim, please email info@showeraccess.com.au with proof of purchase and details of the defect. You may be required to return the product to us for inspection.


Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Shower Access. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

 Change-of-Mind Return Policy

If you decide you do not want a product:

You have 7 days from the delivery date to notify us of your intent to return the item.

You then have 7 additional days to return the item to us.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Items must be suitable for resale.

You must provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Please contact our Customer Care team to arrange the return. When returning the product, do not write on or stick anything to the original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable.

20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.


Damaged Items

Inspect your items on delivery. If there is visible damage, note it when signing for delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please email photos to info@showeraccess.com.au

We will process an exchange or replacement for damaged items.


Product Non-Conformity or Defects

If a product is defective or does not conform to the description:

    • Notify Shower Access promptly in writing via email (info@showeraccess.com.au)

    • Include proof of purchase and details of the defect

    • Protect and retain the product for inspection

We will inspect the returned product and process an exchange, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Sale items:

Returns on sale items may be refused at our discretion.


Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item:

  1. We will inspect the item and notify you that it has been received.

  2. We will assess the return for eligibility.

  3. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days, less any restocking fees and card processing fees (if applicable).

  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under the ACL (e.g., faulty or misdescribed goods).


Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs for items returned due to change-of-mind.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Consumer Rights

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) cannot be excluded.

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of goods and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • You are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy does not limit your ACL rights.
