Shower Access Shipping Policy

Dispatch and Delivery

  • We dispatch orders every working day (Monday to Friday), excluding Australian public holidays.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may be longer for remote areas or special order items. We will contact you prior to dispatch if additional shipping charges or delays apply.

Delivery Timeframes

  • We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe and within a maximum of 10 business days.

  • If there is a delay, we will contact you within 3 business days of your order to advise the revised delivery date.

  • Shower Access reserves the right to make partial deliveries where necessary.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your items on delivery. If there is visible damage, note it when signing for delivery.

  • If items are damaged in transit, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 business days at info@showeraccess.com.au

  • We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery service, product size, and location.

  • All delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations; we will contact you before dispatch if this applies.

Non-Deliverable Items

  • If a product cannot be delivered and is returned to us:

    • Original shipping charges and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

    • The balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you will receive tracking information via the email address provided at checkout.

  • If you have not received tracking details within 4 business days, contact info@showeraccess.com.au

Liability

  • We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late or failed delivery.

  • Liability is limited to the value of items not received.
